Marquesa homeowners must apply and receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to commencing any alterations, additions, painting or landscape activity to the exterior of a home, fence, or yard. The purpose of the ARC is to ensure the proposed changes or improvements will be in harmony with the surrounding structures and lots and will not be detrimental to the surrounding properties.  Please read the documents listed below and Article VI of our CC&Rs for more information.  The ARC submittal forms are also available by following the link below.
