Landscape Rotation
The landscape crew will be working the community common maintenance area slopes on a rotating basis. Each area should be trimmed every 2 months. Check the previous completed activities to anticipate where the crews will be trimming next. Crews are normally onsite Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM until 4 PM and a half day on Fridays. The crew tries to finish one zone per week but sometimes might have to complete a zone on the following week. Slope maintenance includes trimming, weeding and removal of landscape waste. Grass areas are edged and cut as needed, usually weekly. The Landscape Committee walks the community starting at 9 AM every 4th Monday of the month. Please contact the community manager if you would like the Committee to review any specific maintenance issues. The Association uses recycled water and is not subject to the same restrictions as potable systems. Watering starts on a zone basis at 12:30 AM. Each zone is watered for 10 minutes.
