Maintenance requests for repairs to the Marquesa common areas (slopes, sidewalks, streets, mailboxes, broken sprinklers, etc.) should be submitted using the link below.  Expect confirmation of receipt of your request within two days. Routine requests will be evaluated during the next scheduled landscape walk (the fourth Monday of every month).
