The Marquesa Board of Directors’ monthly meetings are scheduled on the 4th Monday of every month and held at the Dana Hills Tennis Center, 24911 Calle de Tenis, Dana Point, CA. The Homeowners’ Forum will begin at 6:30 PM. This forum gives homeowners an opportunity to briefly address the Board. The General Session begins immediately following Homeowners Forum and the Directors typically have less than one hour to review and conclude all the association’s business. Homeowners are welcome to attend the General Session, but once it begins only the Directors may participate in the discussions, deliberations, and vote. (Bylaws Section 9.6).
