The Marquesa Board of Directors’ normally meet monthly on the 4th Monday but the schedule can change due to Board member availability. The meeting time and agenda is always posted at the Monarch Beach Guard Post and on this website four days before the meeting. If the meeting date is changed, it will be highlighted on the introduction page of this website.
The Homeowners’ Forum normally begins at 5:30 PM. This forum gives homeowners an opportunity to briefly address the Board. The General Session begins immediately following Homeowners Forum and the Directors typically have less than one hour to review and conclude all the association’s business. Homeowners are welcome to attend the General Session, but once it begins only the Directors may participate in the discussions, deliberations, and vote. (Bylaws Section 9.6).
