STREET CLOSURES IN JULY
Save the Dates—July 13 & 15, 2026
On July 13 and 15, 2026 select Marquesa streets will be closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic for a seal coat to be applied by Premier Paving. A seal coat provides a protective barrier against environmental elements such as water, UV rays and chemical spills, and helps ensures the longevity and safety of the pavement surface.
This project will be done in two phases. During each phase the designated streets will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m. and lasting until 7:00 a.m. the following morning. During the street closure there will be NO street or garage access and no street parking, Residents may park on Monarch Beach Drive. We recommend you plan to move your vehicle to Monarch Beach Drive the night before your street is scheduled for seal coat.
PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR IRRIGATION SYSTEM/SPRINKLERS the night before the seal coat is scheduled for your street and leave them off until the day after the seal coat is completed.
PHASE 1 Monday, July 13, 2026 The following streets will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will remain closed until 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 14: Imperatrice, upper Regina (Imperatrice to St. Anne), west half side of upper Marquesa (Montego community to enter/exit), and east half of Dauphin with split entrance at Monarch Beach Drive and Dauphin cul-de-sac.
PHASE 2 Wednesday, July 15, 2026 The following streets will be closed beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will remain closed until 7:00 a.m. Thursday, July 16 (lower Regina (Imperatrice to Marquesa), east half side of upper Marquesa (Montego community to enter/exit), Duquesa, Reina, and west half of Dauphin with split entrance at Monarch Beach Drive.
