Marquesa residents are NOT allowed to park on St Annes. Vehicles will be cited and towed.

If you want to address the Board during Open Forum, please submit your request using the Open Forum Speaker Registration and Procedures form. Submit the form via email to our community manager. Persons who have completed and submitted the form prior to the meeting will be given preference to speak. 

What must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval? Quickly said - any painting, any landscaping modifications, any alterations or additions to the exterior of your home, fence or yard. Approval is required PRIOR to work commencing. For more information CLICK HERE

For routine HOA matters please contact our Community Association Manager. The Association Manager can schedule maintenance actions (landscaping, mailbox repairs, street light repairs, etc.), answer questions on Association procedures, and refer billing or Architectural Review Committee questions to the appropriate person.
