Maintenance Request

Maintenance requests for repairs to the Marquesa common areas (slopes, sidewalks, streets, mailboxes, broken sprinklers, etc.) should be submitted to our community manager (see Contacts). Expect confirmation of receipt of your request within two days. Routine requests will be evaluated during the next scheduled landscape walk (usually the fourth Monday of every month).
