Approval Process

The approval process requires submission of a packet including a Architectural Application Form (available from our Property Manager, or see link below) and any necessary submittal for major construction as specified in the DESIGN GUIDELINES. The Architectural Application Form must include a signed neighbor awareness page and a $25 application fee UNLESS you are making a like kind replacement or using a community standard color palette, garage door or window replacement. When making a like kind replacement or using a community standard, the Architectural Application Form must still be submitted and written ARC approval obtained before commencing work, but the $25 fee is waived and you are not required to obtain any neighbor awareness signatures on your submission.

Consult the links below to see if the pre-selected color palette, garage doors or windows will meet your requirements. If so, the process will be expedited and the forms simplified. Like kind replacement must use similar materials and color scheme as the original and be of the exact same design and dimensions.
