What must be submitted for ARC approval? Quickly said - any alterations or additions to the exterior of your home, fence and yard. This includes any painting or landscape activity. Approval is required prior to work commencing. For more information CLICK HERE

The $25 ARC submission fee has been waived for homeowners updating their landscaping to incorporate drought tolerant plants. The Design Guidelines contain a list of plants which are drought tolerant and recommended for our community. The ARC prefers plans with green and flowering vegetation, mulch, and water thrifty trees (palms are NOT recommended). Rock, compressed granite and succulents should be used for accent in front yard landscaping and not as the central design concept (dessert look).
